Emberson -- Bill Emberson, 53, a resident to Albuquerque, died Tuesday, February 1, 2000. He is survived by his wife, Karen Emberson of Albuquerque; daughter, Barbara Soots and husband, Chris; son, Eric Emberson; and grandson, Connor William Soots, all of Sacramento, CA; sister, Shirley Emberson and life partner, Jane Runkles, both of Bosque Farms; half-sisters, Virginia Boden and husband, Jimmy and Patsy Coleson and husband, Richard, all of Tucson, AZ; former spouse and close family member, Christa Emberson of California; nieces, Shirley Pareo Tubbeh and husband, Nader and Shannyn Pareo; nephew, Warner Pareo; and great-niece, Sahlea, all of Albuquerque. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held at Heights Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 8600 Academy Rd. NE, Saturday, February 5, 2000 at 11:30 a.m. Arrangements by Aspen Funeral Alternatives, 1935 Juan Tabo NE. Donations can be made to the Carrie Tingley Foundation.
