I did not know Don in classes,  but as part of our class, he was special and had a very successful life. We are all saddened to hear of another classmate's passing.  Thoughts for his family. 🙏

Don and I were close friends from middle school. We got into a confrontation with each other because Don thought  we were laughing at his sister Nina. We worked it out and became good friends from there on. During High school I spent a lot of time with Don and his family. Don was a hard worker and would take on anything to make money like being a popsicle & ice cream driver, gas station attendant, and  plumber. He was a joker, one time on an out of town fishing field trip in northern New Mexico we were tucked away in our sleeping bags by the river. Don said he saw a fish close to shore, jumped out of bed and ran down caught the fish by hand. We were all amazed not knowing he had used one of the fish we had caught. Lot of good memories with you old friend, God Bless you greatly.
