MCCLELEN, SUE JEAN Sue passed away on Sept. 13, 2012, at her home in Albuquerque, NM, after being under the care of Presbyterian Hospice Services since the Fall of 2011. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, on February 16, 1946, to Richard D. Stimson and Nora M. Stimson Piggott. Albuquerque was her home for 50 years. She was a graduate of Valley High School in Albuquerque in 1964. She married Kenneth Ray Purcella after graduation and they moved to the South Valley where she resided until her passing. She was preceded in death by her son Jeffrey Lynn Purcella, and her second husband William V. Farless. Sue is survived by her loving husband of ten years, Floyd McClelen. She is also survived by her mother Nora Piggott of Pioneer, CA; her two sisters and brothers-in-law Becky and Marty Garner of Pt Charlotte, FL and Donna and Larry Eul of Pioneer, CA. She has two living children. Her son, Danny Ray Purcella lives in Lilburn, GA with his wife Monteal and their four children, Joshua Irvin, Nathan Purcella, Benjamin Purcella and Rachel Purcella. Her daughter, Wendy Purcella Roth lives in Oklahoma. Wendy's four children Sara Detrick, Andrew Thigpen, Cody Thigpen and Tona Thigpen, live in New Mexico. Sue just recently became the proud great grandmother of Kody Wayne Hays. Sue will be greatly missed by her close friends Anna and Dennis Masegee. She had many lasting friendships during her 50 year residence in Albuquerque, too numerous to mention. Sue will have a private cremation service. She requested no funeral services when she passed, but she discussed with her family that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Humane Society or Hospice Facility of your choice

I thank God for sending this special lady to be a part of so many lives. I was blessed to have her as a friend and cousin by marriage.
