Final Information on 55th Year Reunion

 

Just a final reminder and details on our (Free of any charges) 55th Reunion. 
 

The Date is this Saturday: October 19th at the Albuquerque Veterans Memorial Park   Located at Louisiana close to Gibson.  1100 Louisiana Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108 Easy access and close parking.

 

It will be in the afternoon starting at 2pm till ? ; the facility offers inside and outside space, so the weather is not a concern. Yes, the dress is casual, comfortable clothes and shoes; and you can dance, or just sing and hum along with the Fine Classic Music from the 60's and 50's (ish).. 

 

As mentioned earlier, this will be a NO COST to Classmates (and spouse/guest) event.  Another first for our class and it comes thanks to the generosity of our Classmate Sponsors (See the list: Click Here).

 

We will have Rudy's BBQ, Wine, Beer, Tea and Water to eat and drink.    Entertainment starting at 4pm and the very best in shared company and conversation supplied by your classmates.

 

The committee will be purchasing food and beverages this week, so if you haven't used the survey (it's still active: Click Here) or called or emailed, please do, just so we can plan food accordingly.  If you sent us a "YES" in your survey, we already have you in the count (let us know if plans change). And if you decide at the last minute... well, that's fine too, we want everyone to come. 

 

A few have asked if they can bring their families, and the answer is yes! However we ask you for a donation of $15 each for any people coming in addition to you and your spouse/guest.

 

Come and celebrate the wonderful Viking Class of 64 once again.  We are expecting at least 75 people and maybe more.

 

If you are teetering on a yes or no, please remember that perhaps some of us will not be here to celebrate at the next one, so please come and join the fun!  We've become a big family and you will leave knowing new friends as well as the old friends.
