POWELL -- Carroll Jeanne Powell, 62, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2008. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Jerry Powell; son, JC Powell Jr. and wife, Leann; daughter, Kristy Powell; grandsons, Troy and Ryan Powell; sister, Linda Powell; brother, Herbert Honaker Jr.; mother, Allene Honaker; and many nieces and nephews; and other family members and friends. She was a volunteer at Los Volcanos Senior Center and then became a staff member. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend and will be missed greatly by all who knew her. Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, August 13, 2008, 1:00 p.m., at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 924 Menaul Blvd NE.
